Team Building
Laser Recon isn’t just for kids! The strategic lessons learned from our missions can be used to reinforce critical team skills as well. We focus on two types of team-building: recreational and structural.

Recreational Team-Building
This type of event is great for an office activity designed to raise morale or as a reward for a job well done. Recreational Team-Building events are similar to our regular recreational events, but mission selection is tailored to your team.

Structural Team-Building
Structural Team-Building is designed to run uniquely challenging missions which are carefully designed to reinforce critical team skills. We’ll sit down with you and discuss your needs, coming up with a comprehensive mission set to produce the desired results.

On the field, your team will play as one team (instead of being divided into two or more teams and playing against each other). Your opposition will be our “OpFor”, a team of veterans who will push your team to innovate and work closely together to prevail. After each mission, your team will debrief and conduct an “After Action Review” facilitated by our Mission Coordinators. In these reviews, your team will discuss what went right, what went wrong and what they could have done differently. These reviews are essential to providing and consolidating team members’ experiences and forming solid conclusions.

By the end of the session, your team will be closer and more willing to see and respect how each member fits into the overall team. To set an appointment to discuss your needs, please contact us today.

Corporate Picnics
Looking to spice up your company picnic? Have us set up at your event and watch the good times roll! Our sport lets families and coworkers play together and have a good time. We can even set aside time for a tournament between teams from different parts of the office, with the winner taking home the ultimate bragging rights (at least until next year!)
